Booking Information & Cancellation Policy
For bookings throughout the year we require a credit card number via fax, telephone or email. Alternatively deposit cheque within 3 working days to secure your booking.
Deposit is equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation cost unless accommodation is only a one night stay in which case full payment is due upon booking. In the case of telephone or email credit card authorisation, the deposit amount will be credited to your account.
No refunds. Cancellation requires 14 days written notice and an alternate booking time can be arranged. Cancellations received less than 24 hours from the arrival date will be charged full room rate. All cancelations will incur a $65 administration fee.
Christmas, Easter, special events & party bookings for the entire establishment must be fully pre-paid one month prior to arrival date. Cancellations of such reservations require one month written notice to obtain an alternate booking time.
