Then when the sun kisses the horizon, indulge in entrees delivered right to your secluded terrace.  Finish your pleasurable day with a glass of wine as you dine on gourmet local produce, followed by a delicious dessert and cognac.

Conclude the evening in the privacy of your spa and count the stars as they appear in the evening sky. Let us worry about the cooking and dishes, and just enjoy each others company.

Sushi Hamper

For a more relaxed, intimate evening, order a Sushi Hamper delivered to your door all at once so you can have complete privacy. As you admire the coastal views and natural beauty around you, enjoy fresh, delicious produce and seafood.

Trace the sun down the horizon as the moon makes it appearance and you devour the juicy teriyaki of your choice.  Then, sit back in your private spa or simply on deck and count the stars as you enjoy your Gelato and complete seclusion.

Home Style Meals

Live entirely by your own schedule and delight in a romantic meal together as the sun sets. Simply heat up the fresh gourmet food prepared and packaged in your fridge or slow cooker whenever you wish. Savour the cooking smells as you enjoy an evening cocktail and scan the horizon for shooting stars.

Once you have polished off your feast, leave the dishes and count the stars while mixing another cocktail and basking on your private deck and spa.

Cooking Facilities

Bring your home to Koonyum Range Retreat and use your private kitchen to cook your specialty. Cook for your special someone or team up to create your own masterpiece to eat on your deck. Watch the horizon for the sun’s fall and the moon’s rise as your day winds to a close and finish your meal with a glass of wine or Champagne.

After devouring your delicious dinner, choose between the spa or your inviting bed to soak up the last few moments of an exceptionally blissful day.

Enjoy a Koonyum pre-dinner cocktail before a three course meal. We cater to all dietary requirements. Please order at least 24 hours in advance.

Your choice of one entrée, one main and one dessert per couple.

Mixed Sushi / Sashimi Platter

Napolitana Orange served with crispy Turkish Bread and a dipping sauce.

Mains
Whole baby snapper stuffed with fennel, tomatoes, button-squash, roasted garlic and onion, baked in banana leaves and served on coconut rice. 

Steak Koonyum – Eye fillet in a creamy mushroom tropical sauce, served on a bed of baked potatoes, sweet potatoes and roasted garlic

Chicken Koonyum – Sliced Chicken breasts in a creamy tropical sauce served on a bed of baked potatoes, sweet potatoes and roasted garlic

Desserts
Lemon gelato topped with mint sauce and a complimentary cognac.

Chocolate mousse with a mixed berry sauce and a complimentary cognac

Home Cooked Meals

Enjoy one of our seasonal menus which offers a main meal, dessert, and your choice of a bottle of wine. Our menus change but feature delicious options such as vegetarian, chicken and beef curry. Please order 24 hours before but we will do our best to fulfil "last minute" requests.

If you would like to enjoy some nibbles &/or drinks in your room, either on arrival or at any time during your stay, then why not choose one of our delicious platters. Please give us a call to order.

A gourmet selection of cheese & lavoush crackers with, served with an assortment of nuts & dried fruit.

 Mezze Platter–

A selection of dips, olives, vegetarian antipasto mix, fetta cheese served with lavoush crackers.

 Fruit & Chocolate Basket –

A selection of fresh seasonal fruits & locally made raw chocolates.

 Sushi Platter– small or large
