The health retreat activities and programs will allow you to connect with your soul, body and mind and disconnect from the outside world, allowing you to experience true rejuvenation and transform yourself.

What is so unique about these retreats is that they'll not only make you look fantastic, they'll help you reconnect with yourself through daily programs that will be forever life changing.

These programs include;

Healthy Daily Activities

The daily programs are taken over for 5 to 6 days.

These programs start with a healthy delicious breakfast at a beautiful hinterland retreat and an enlightening educational workshop (about various topics including food combination, fitness regimes, body types etc), followed by a relaxation/ stretch style class (body balance, Pilates, stretch, yoga), then off out again to experience the local natural beauty with a fun activity such as kayaking, surfing, hiking, circus arts, latin dancing, drumming or mountain biking.

Lunch will either be a lovely gourmet picnic or at one of Byron Bay's famous cafés - where you'll learn to make the right food choices.

The afternoon will include another fitness training session in the amazing beautiful surrounds.

Then there will be time to relax and have a massage in the privacy of your accommodation.

Finally, our guests will enjoy a delicious healthy dinner.
